Montblanc 1858 Geosphere 125567
Reference 125567
The Montblanc 1858 line draws inspiration from the legendary Minerva professional watches of the 1920s and 1930s, designed for military use and exploration. The Montblanc 1858 line reinterprets these legendary timepieces and expresses the spirit of alpine hiking, embodying the modern trend of returning to nature. The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere is dedicated to the global mountaineering challenge “Seven Summits”, the “Holy Grail” of mountain excursions. The 42 mm titanium case features blue details contrasting with ice-colored elements, which draw inspiration from the colors of glaciers. The timepiece features an in-house universal time complication, developed by Montblanc watchmakers at Villeret: two domed globes that rotate in opposite directions making a complete evolution in 24 hours. Both are surrounded by a scale with 24 time zones, together with a day / night indication with contrasting colors that allows you to better appreciate the various time zones, thanks also to the SuperLumiNova® applied to the continents, which guarantees greater visibility and better performance in the dark. The timepiece is completed with a new vintage bi-metallic technical bracelet in matte satin titanium and polished stainless steel.
